Rule 14
Performance Gap
(1) To evaluate the performance of police personnel, the form as per schedule-1 will be used.
(2) The division of the total base of performance appraisal shall be as follows:
(b) The maximum mark that the reviewer can give is 10
(c) The maximum mark that can be given by the Review Committee is 10
(3) There will be a supervisor, reviewer and review committee as follows to evaluate the performance of the police personnel of the following positions:-
(4) While filling the performance evaluation form or while evaluating, the guidelines mentioned in Clause (f) of Schedule-1 should be followed.
(5) To evaluate the performance of police personnel, in the event that no officer designated as per sub-rule (3) is working at the center, any officer of the same level designated by the chief shall act as a supervisor or reviewer or a member of the review committee.
(6) While calculating the base of performance evaluation, the number of years of service required to be a potential candidate for promotion shall be calculated from the average of the base obtained in the last year's performance evaluation.
(7) In case of going to foreign study or foreign training or being suspended and the suspension being lifted, for the performance evaluation of that period, before going to such study or training or suspension, if the performance evaluation was done in the year immediately preceding the same year and if such performance evaluation is not done, then the performance filled after appearing. The bid will be calculated in the same proportion as the bid received in the auction.
